Called service today to schedule an oil change and to buy two new tires. I told the fellow that answered the same thing. His reply was that they are not doing oil changes or selling/changing tires until next week or maybe the week after. I have never heard of such a thing. What happened to first come first served? So, it looks like I won't be taking my Fusion back to them anymore for service nor purchasing from Fowlerville Ford again. And reading some of the other reviews I guess several others won't be doing so either.
Bought a Focus back in 13 and needed some recall work done on it they got me in quickly and worked with me every step of the way. Best dealership I've ever been to hands down. If you need a new or used car ask for Frank he's very personable and professional. They really make you feel like you're their number one customer from start to finish. Also Mark and Kevin the guys at the service counter are very knowledgeable and professional. I would absolutely recommend this dealership for both purchasing and service.
