Not a good place to live. Looks nice but doesn't have that Fowlerville charm to it. Some of the residents are not good people to be raising your children around. Alot of domestic violence in here.
No manager on duty, no one to inquire about the place.terrible place to do business with . I think this community needs a new manager that can multi task.
Paid the application fee and never even got a follow-up phone call about it.
You call the office and leave a message ,no return calls.
You will be wasting your time and gas going back and forth.
Really sweet park manager, park is clean with mostly elderly and kids not so much trailer park riff raff. Good place to live.
Ownership is the worst. I feel bad for the property manager to have to deal with them.
